Mid Software Developer – Algorithms

Location: Warsaw (hybrid)

Your Mission:
As a Software Engineer at AP-Tech, you will develop and implement advanced algorithms that support critical aviation applications. Your work will directly contribute to systems involved in data fusion, prediction, routing, and image processing—helping us push the boundaries of modern air technology.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable algorithmic solutions
  • Develop and optimize data fusion and predictive models for real-time aviation systems
  • Create efficient routing algorithms tailored for air traffic and autonomous systems
  • Work on image analysis tasks relevant to navigation, object recognition, and mapping
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, product, and R&D

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in algorithm development
  • Solid programming skills in Python, C++, or similar
  • Experience with data fusion and signal processing
  • Knowledge of predictive modeling and real-time systems
  • Familiarity with routing and optimization algorithms
  • Background in image processing techniques

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in machine learning or AI applications in aviation
  • Familiarity with aviation standards and safety requirements
  • Exposure to real-time or embedded systems
