  • Learning and Development: Actively participate in training sessions, workshops, and online courses to enhance technical skills and knowledge of industry-standard practices.
  • Support Tasks: Assist senior team members in resolving technical issues and providing support to end-users. This may include troubleshooting software and hardware problems, responding to inquiries, and performing routine maintenance tasks.
  • Project Assistance: Collaborate with project teams to contribute to the development, testing, and implementation of IT solutions. Gain exposure to various projects across different domains, such as software development, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
  • Documentation: Document processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps to create comprehensive guides and knowledge bases. Maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations, and service requests.
  • Quality Assurance: Participate in testing activities to ensure the functionality, reliability, and security of IT systems and applications. Assist in identifying and reporting bugs or issues for timely resolution.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek feedback from mentors and supervisors to identify areas for improvement. Take initiative in self-directed learning and skill development to stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry.
  • Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies, security guidelines, and compliance requirements related to data protection, confidentiality, and IT best practices.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or/and being a student of the 3rd year.
  • Strong passion for technology and eagerness to learn new concepts and skills.
  • Basic understanding of programming languages, operating systems, and networking concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills in Polish and English languages, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
