About the Role 

We’re hiring a Service Technician / Installer to join our team in deploying and supporting state-of-the-art aviation infrastructure solutions. This role involves hands-on installation, commissioning, documentation, and logistical coordination. You’ll ensure smooth system implementations while contributing to continuous improvements and excellence in service delivery. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Install and service electrical systems, automation solutions, and airport infrastructure—including cabling and control devices. 
  • Perform mechanical and assembly tasks per project guidelines. 
  • Manage inventory of equipment during project preparation. 
  • Assemble automation cabinets and systems following technical documentation. 
  • Lay cable installations and execute manual assembly work. 
  • Conduct system assembly and commissioning both at company facilities and on customer sites. 
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to ongoing tasks. 
  • Organize and supervise shipment of electrical cabinets—packing, documentation, and coordination with carriers. 
  • Continuously improve and develop your professional skills. 

Requirements 

  • Polish C1.
  • Strong manual and assembly skills. 
  • Valid Category B driving license. 
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office—Word, Excel, Outlook. 
  • Technical school diploma in Electrical or Electronics (advantageous). 
  • Experience in cable installation is a plus. 
  • Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English (B2).

Nice to Have 

  • Any experience working in aviation, airport infrastructure, or automation industries. 
  • Familiarity with technical or logistics coordination processes.

Recruitment Process 

1. Initial Conversation with the Hiring Manager (15–20 minutes)

An introduction to AP-Tech and the specific team. The candidate has the opportunity to ask questions. A few questions about previous experience and motivation for applying are also covered.

2. Role-Specific Interview (up to 1.5 hours)

A deeper discussion focused on the candidate’s skills and knowledge relevant to the role. This may include practical exercises, case studies, or situational questions, depending on the position.

3. (Optional) Practical Assignment

For some roles, a short assignment may be provided to complete at home, typically requiring 2–3 hours. This allows candidates to demonstrate their problem-solving approach and work style.

4. (Optional) Meeting with the Leadership Team

An additional meeting to explore AP-Tech’s culture and values, and to ensure alignment with the company’s vision.

5. Decision

After completing all stages, the candidate receives clear feedback and information about the next steps.
